Hey everyone,
I'm brand new and hoping that this will be a community that I can look to for support. I have had a weight problem my whole life and sometimes I do good controlling it, other times not so much. This is a not so much time. I've been larger than this, by fourty pounds but I've been smaller as well, by fifty pounds. I'm looking to be on the smaller side again, around 145-150 lbs and I will be exstatic. Here goes!

Hey Ezzmerellda -

We have so many spots to jump in and post - those by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings, etc), by eating plan, and some clubs and groups and challenges. So look around, find a spot or many, settle in, and get to posting.
