You have to take the time to think about what you *can* do for the rest of your life. Because that is the only way it will ever stay off. It's not as bad as it maybe sounds - it's actually ends up feeling quite freeing. Free of the struggle, the doubts, and the ups and downs. And it usually ends up being a lot less restrictive than most "diets."

. . . we are here for you . . . . . . I have to agree with JULIE -- you have to stop thinking DIET and start thinking LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Good Luck, Chickie . . . just take it one small step at a time.

Hey Lulu -

What they said You need to make changes that you can stick with for life. That might mean your changes will be a little smaller, a little more gradual...but then you'll only have to make them once!

So look for something you can do forever. It is definitely worth it to do so!

Can't wait to get to know you better!

i know how you feel, i had the same thing happen to me last year. Don't get discouraged, everyone hits plateus and wants to give up sometimes.

Just think about how happy you'll be wearing those skinny jeans
