Hi everyone,
I am tired of this yo yo dieting, I seem to go down and then back up again. In the spring I was down to about 208 pounds and I weighed myself today and I am at 233.8....

So I have found this website in hopes to find some support, make a few diet buddies and make some new friends!
I am counting calories, that has worked for me, until I stopped watching what I was eating
I know there are alot of groups to join here, but I am kinda shy in a way and never want to join a group in progess where everyone knows everyone else, I always feel I am butting in

So I am hoping to find some friends that might PM me or to start up a new group.
I am 37 years old from Ontario, Canada, I am a great listener, a loyal friend and will be there for people with their ups and downs to support them.
