I've been on these forums before in bad attempts...
BUT THIS TIME REALLY IS GONNA BE DIFFERENT!
I turned to vegetarianism about 3 months ago for animal reason, not health, and discovered I lost 5 pounds without trying. I have a convention in May I want to go to, and would LOVE to be smaller and more energetic!
I'm excited to see what I can do when I DO try!
Let me be the first to say welcome! I know the feeling - I've been on a steady slope of weight loss for a few years now, from a high of 180 in eighth grade to a healthy 145 now as a freshman in college... but I'm determined to see what I can do when I consciously try to get that body I've always dreamed of!
