22 down, 55 to go
I've been lurking here for a few weeks now, ever since a couple ladies at work told me to join. I've posted a bit, but never regularly.
I've already lost 22 pounds, 17 of which happened after I graduated college. My goal is to be between 125 and 130, which for my height (five foot five) is right in the middle of the BMI healthy range. I'm not following anything official, just trying to be smart about it.
