To answer your question, ellis, I go to a nutritionist and she gives me a plan called "The Points Diet" but in all truth I am not following her plan as strictly as I should be. I just follow what suits me and make some alterations to the program. My main concern is going back to my old habits and that is why I keep visiting my nutritionist every week; to be monitored.
