Figured I might as well introduce myself lol, have been checking the board out all week. I am almost 29 years old *gulp* as of next month omg and I have been doing ww since May 2007. I was doing really good then I got a part time job and started missing my meetings and fell off the wagon for awhile. I also in march had some health issues and went on sick leave for 3 months, I only gained a bit of my weight back I think like 7lbs so I guess that isn't to bad. I have been back on program now for 2 weeks and I have lost 7lbs for a total of 30lbs lost WOOHOO. Anyway I am a mom of 2 they are 8 and 6 and I live in California. I have set a mini goal for myself, I am trying to get to ONEderland 199 so 30lbs. I have 81lbs to get to my big goal but 30lbs is easier to deal with lol. Anyway just wanted to say hi!!
Welcome to the boards! Just think, from your starting weight you are halfway to onederland - 30 down, 30 to go! Give yourself mini goals like the first 5 pounds will come off this month then reward yourself with a little something (non food related). It works!!!
Thanks for the welcome!! I have really been working hard at it this go around, I have been trying to lose 10lbs since the 22nd of sept and I have lost 7lbs so far I think I will reward myself with a new pair of pants
