I have a 3 year old daughter and a 6 month old son, who make my life so incredibly full and happy!
I'm looking for support and help in trying to lose about 30 pounds. I have all the pregnancy weight off, but now I want to get to a healthier weight of about 145 lbs. I've recently started my own plan, which is just watching calories, carbs, and not eating after my dinner at night. I started on 9/9/08 and have lost about 6 pounds.

You might want to check out our "Featherweights" forum...for those with less to lose than others. We also have forums by age range, and by eating plan (check out the calorie counters forum!), so look around, find a spot or several, and settle in. Can't wait to get to know you better!
