Hi from England

    This looks like a great community for weight loss support so i'm very glad i've found it. Basically, today i'm going on a new diet and figured support might be a good way to go.

    Since I moved in with my boyfriend a month ago i've started to gain quite a bit of weight (on top of the bits of flab I had anyway) so I really want to put a stop to this weight gain before it becomes too much of a problem as my jeans are starting to get just a little too tight around my tummy.

    I'm twenty-four, weigh 10st 13lb and am a UK size 12 (soon to be a 14 if I don't do something about it, lol). I think i'd really like to get down to around 9 and a half stone, but in the short term I want to get to 10st 7lb in about a month. I just want to get the weight loss ball rolling a bit before things get out of hand.

    Anyway it's nice to be here.
  • Sounds like a reasonable goal to start off with! you don't have a huge deal to lose so I'm pretty sure you'll do just fine.
