Default Hello, new to the boards

Hi Everyone,

I have been lurking here for a couple months, but I decided to finally say hi. It's nice to chat with others who are in the same boat! I know what I need to do, now I just need to stay motivated to DO IT. I am recently engaged (2nd marriage) and I would like to be a beautiful, thin bride. Wedding is at least a year away, but I have some work to do. Thank you for creating this great outlet for all of us.

Dana

Welcome and congrats! I'm here with the partial goal of getting down for my wedding, also, although we're in a long engagement now, so I don't have the deadline you do. I know how it is, wanting to be as beautiful as you can be on your day. Good luck with your goals!

Hi everyone! I am new to this board as well. I want a great support community. I am trying to get in shape and lose some weight for a wedding that is coming up in 8 months or so. Can't wait to chat and share tips with everyone!

Also, how do I add that cool bar at the bottom?

Default Thanks

Thank you to all who replied. This is only day 2 of my "new start", one of the many thousands I have tried. I have a Bodybugg and am using it. I think it's all about what you put into it. Anyhow, I have been walking and trying to really watch calorie intake, have been at a 1000k deficit for 2 days now! Funny thing is, my Bodybugg shows I burn a lot of calories driving... I think it's just that I drive a stick shift, and my car needs an alignment!!! I will pose that question on the board about Bodybuggs.

Take Care,
Dana
