Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Also wanted to get some feedback on how you have found this site to work for you? I have been trying to lose weight for months now and I just can't seem to get started.

. . . so glad you found us . . . I think you will hear from many, many Chickies about how this site has helped them to get started and to keep going. I know I'm definitely one of those. You also might want to take a look at the Maintainers area where you will find lots of people who credit 3FC for helping them to keep it off too.

Stick with us . . . you can do it too . . .

Hi Nature Lady! I just started here last week too. So far, I'm addicted to it. It's just nice to "chat" with others who are going through the same things we are. And you feel accountable to other people and excited to put your goals out there and get to tell everyone how you are accomplishing them...and then of course brag if you get there! That's the part I can't wait for. I want to post my before pictures and have "after" pictures!

I guarentee there are people on here who are having the same problems, or had, and can get you over your hump. Like you, I've been trying to lose weight but just can't get started....last week was good. I started out about 164/165 and weighed in at 161.9 yesterday.

Hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us!

Howdy and have fun. I have found this site to be very helpful. There seems to be subforums and threads for everything. I have found that there is a lot of support here for all of our trials and celebrations. Enjoy.....
