Hi! I am Kim - I have never joined a weight loss forum before but have come to realize I could really use some help. I have 4 kids and have been married 10 years. I am 27 years old. I was 114lbs after my second child, 130lbs after the third, and now after the 4th I am 160lbs
I am starting a simple diet and exercise program tomorrow - but I like my sweets LOL! I need the moral support to stick to the healthy eating aspect of it! Thanks!
