Default First timer on weight loss forum....
Hi! I am Kim - I have never joined a weight loss forum before but have come to realize I could really use some help. I have 4 kids and have been married 10 years. I am 27 years old. I was 114lbs after my second child, 130lbs after the third, and now after the 4th I am 160lbs I am starting a simple diet and exercise program tomorrow - but I like my sweets LOL! I need the moral support to stick to the healthy eating aspect of it! Thanks!

Hi Kim! We're so glad you are here

I totally understand about gaining during pregnancy! With each baby it took longer to take off the weight. I'm working on Year #4 with the last one, LOL!

It's so great being here...even if I don't post every day I READ and gain inspiration instead of weight!

Congratulations on your growing family and your decision to get healthy. We have groups by eating plan, age range, etc, so look around and settle in.
