Hello everybody
Hi all
I am completely new to both online support communities and weight loss. I just moved to a new city in order to attend graduate school. I was used to walking 2 or more miles per day in Boston, but find that what with classes, work, and commuting I'm not getting as much exercise. Before I realized it, on top of the weight I gained in college, I'd put on ten extra pounds. I'm not looking to go back to my pre-college weight at all, but via cutting back on calories and starting to walk, it would be nice to lose 15-20 lbs. I could use some support though as I'm new to weight loss. I'll give as good as I get! :hug: |

Good for you for getting the weight off now. It's easy to leave it until "later" when we've more time. There never is more time. :lol: Establish new habits now. :hug: Let us know if you need any help around the forum! |

Hello, I'm a newbie as well!! I reside in the Louisville, KY area. I'm recently divorced, mom of 3 and desparately need to shed this access weight. I would love to shed 50, but would settle for 20...
