Hello, Newbie here

  • I am 21 years old, a student, and I am trying to stick with my newly-found exercise habits. I re-started exercising four months ago after few years' pause because I got sick of my bad condition and also because I want to lose some weight. I have not changed my diet yet but have lost couple pounds simply by exercising, however, now I think it would be the time to revise my eating habits as well.. These are the challenges I think and hope I can find support for from here.
