sort of starting again
i have been on and off following a diet and working out lately.
im going to start the body blitz 12 week challenege and see if having my photo taken in my underwear is any inspiration.
im not sure what i can change i am eating a very healthy diet with 5 small meals lots of fruit veg and protein, working out at a high intensity 4-6 times per week.
i work in a gym and workout alot....am thinking my body may be getting used to the exercise and i should be doing a boot camp or something??????
i wan to lose 8 kilos and it is soooooooo hard!
