Newbie in IA

    I'm new to this website and would just like to say I'm looking forward to getting know everyone! I need all the help/motivation I can get in my weight loss journey!

  • I'm currently doing Weight Watchers...counting points and such. My boyfriend and I are both doing this. I also go to Curves, although I have been slacking in that department lately. We also walk our dogs as often was we can and I'm thinking about getting a Wii Fit for a little extra exercise at home! I just have a hard time keeping motivated to exercise and eat healthy.....

    I'm a WW member, too. Believe me, you can do this!

    It's not about staying motivated. It's about making it your new normal. It's about committing to it. Because, to tell you the truth, I don't feel motivated to eat right or exercise.

    Since I've committed to it, and since it's now easier to eat the apple that brought with me for a snack than it is to get up and go to the vending machine, I can stay OP easier.

    There's a WW section under Diet Central, and the 100lb club for those with about 100 lbs to lose.

    I'm from Iowa too! It's a lovely place

    Right now I'm studying in Ireland though- having a great time but it's hard to diet here.
