Hi- i am new to this. Since March I have lost 60 ppunds. the first 20 was easy and then I went to Europe for a month. I did not gain or lose anything for the month , but that was good. In total 60 pounds. I recently had surgery for a simple 20 min proc that went wrong and stayed 5 hours in surgery and instead of one day recovery I am still trying to recover. I am about 95 % there. So ..... I am waning on my will power. .........

Congratulations on losing 60 pounds! Remember, you've committed to this. It must be so difficult to eat properly when trying to heal after surgery. You can do this! Stick with it!

Since you've recently had surgery be sure and check with your doctor about what you should be doing so as not to cause a set-back.
