I'm technically not new-joined before, never logged in and now can't remember any login info-so I had to rejoin.
At any rate, a brief history of me: Life long problem with weight, never thought I could lose it, until I lost it-150+ lbs of it (310 was top weight.) Now I've gained about half back and would like to lose some again-to be healthier & more fit.
Just looking fo positive support.

Hey there Owlmonkey!

Well, you know what you have to do...so you'll get back on the horse and do it!

There are lots of spots where you can jump in...the 100 lb club would be a great place to start, or one of our age-based support groups.

Wherever you decide to settle, keep going and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
