Hi everyone!

  • I thought i would join this cuz i thought it might give me the motivation that i so desperately need. I get motivation from watching those thinspo videos on youtube but it doesnt last long and i just end up doing nothing. I'm 17 and have been overweight for about 6 years but i lost 80 pounds last summer but then just gained back all of it and more. I just quit eating and ate like 400 calories a day. I tried doing that again and i just cant i dont have the will power any more. Besides its extrremely unhealthy. I'm counting calories again but like 1200 a day this time. I work at Wendy's and i eat there almost daily which totally sucks. I need to stop that. I guess i could eat the salads but those are loaded with calories too. I think im gonna go to a gym with a friend. Woah i just realized i was totally rambling on lol i'm not sure what to type into an intro but this is mine anyway lol. My name is miranda btw.
