Hoping to enter my 20's at my GW

  • Hello everyone! Well this is my first post, I found this website last night while just browsing the internet and thought this could help me on my journey. So I am entering my sophomore year in college and am hoping to lose about 50 lbs. Before my freshman year I had actually gotten within 15 lbs of my goal weight, but then gained it all back and now I am back to where I started. Before I was using weight watchers, but now I am keeping track of what I eat on a calorie counting website. The biggest difference is that now I am focusing on my health instead of just my weight loss.

    I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and reaching my goal...


    Oh ya, and I had a question about the signature things. I wanted to have one with my little weight tracker in it but I'm not sure how to do it, can anyone help me? Thank you!!

    good luck on your journey! does your college have a gym? a lot of schools have gyms that are free to the students. the college i went to even had a free consultation with nutritionists and personal trainers. something to look into for sure!
