Hello everyone! Well this is my first post, I found this website last night while just browsing the internet and thought this could help me on my journey. So I am entering my sophomore year in college and am hoping to lose about 50 lbs. Before my freshman year I had actually gotten within 15 lbs of my goal weight, but then gained it all back and now I am back to where I started. Before I was using weight watchers, but now I am keeping track of what I eat on a calorie counting website. The biggest difference is that now I am focusing on my health instead of just my weight loss.
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and reaching my goal...
Oh ya, and I had a question about the signature things. I wanted to have one with my little weight tracker in it but I'm not sure how to do it, can anyone help me? Thank you!!
