I'm very new this site so please bear with me.

Today is my Day 2 on Medifast, and it's tough so I came here for support and hopefully meet some other great ladies!

I am a single mom of a beautiful 2 year old and want to be healthy to lead by example.

Welcome to 3FC. I re-started my journey last night, so I hope that we voth can get the support that we need.

Set some goals for yourself. I am going to do my goals as weekly goals, and then daily goals... it's just easier for me that way. Also be sure to give yourself Kudos for the small victories that you have on your way to your goal.

You'll do fine.
