Hello,

it is I. Again. I was doing so well, when life took its course.

Not only did I gain back the weight that I lost while on my program, but I am heavier than I was when I first started. I am currently at my heaviest, and do not want to gain an ounce more!

My husband is away, but he is extremely supportive. He says that WE (meaning that he is going to do this with me, although he is in pretty good shape and is not physically with me right now) are not going to focus on numbers... that WE are going to focus on our bodies (what body type/shape we want, getting healthy, etc).

I know that if I can get active on the boards, I will surely surpass all of my goals. I look forward to meeting many of you, and I hope and pray that this is THE LAST introduction that I have to do to 3FC. I am ready to post my story under the GOALS section.

ok, I guess that is all for now. I am TRULY ready for a change because MY body IS my temple!

it's great that you have your husband's support! and kudos to you for not being concerned with numbers...that's been a goal of mine for a long time.
