yes... we all can do it.... just one more day.... thats the spirit!!!
and that also one more day closer to your Big GOAL... I keep telling myself that and keep motivated.
I keep reading so many ppl coming in here weak and asking for help... and by supporting other ppl, I feel that it gives me strenght to carry on my own fight.
We didn't gain all that weight in one day... so I guess we cant loos it that soon either...

Just be patient... it will pay off.... all the time
