New and on LA Weightloss
I just logged on and joined today but i've gotten some good diet ideas from this forum so far.
I'm at 191.4 - 3.6 lbs from the start and 41 lbs to go. I'm 5'10 and want to be 150. At 29, it's been about 3 years since i've been that, and I am anxious to get it back.
I work at a desk job and feel busy and tired all the time so it's TIME to do something.
I joined LA weightloss, to get some diet support, and access to their food plan. A key component of their plan is their bars. I tell them I buy them online but I actually use Luna bars, and it's working for me so far.
I am an evening binger so drinking my 8 glasses of water during the day and getting in
2.5 proteins, 3 vegs, 2 fruits, 3 starches, 2 dairy, 2 fats and 2 bars as well as 8 glasses of water is a challenge. But it's helping me at night for sure.
I totally hate when I see pictures of myself right now, but making the decision to change has really made me feel better already.
