Hi everyone,

After a summer of too much eating and being lazy I have unfortunately gained some weight back that I had lost in the winter. So I am looking for a buddy that will help me get back on track and stay there, also someone that I can help them out with their weight loss journey.
As you can see from my tracker I have a bit to lose and I am sure I am a few pounds heavier than my tracker, but I have been scared to get on the scale *LOL*
I am a single 37 year old female from Ontario Canada.

Hi, i am a newbie here but i too am looking for someone to keep me on track. Tired of the yo-yoing and such. Ready for real weight loss with real success. I am def looking forward to seeing the healthier me. I seem to have those issues with sliding back to old bad habbits. I joined this forum to find support too that way i can be successful, stay successful and maybe help others succeed.

I completely understand what you are saying and I am soooo ready to get back on track, for some reason summer is my downfall But no more excuses as summer is almost over! Maybe we can help each other out, and keep each other from sliding into our old bad habits!
