    Wow, look at the progress you've made so far! 50 lbs. Just amazing! How are you doing it?

    Post wherever you're comfortable. There are many support groups around. The whole board is open to all.

    So glad you've joined us - stick around and keep posting! We have groups by eating plan, age range, or really lots of other things, so look around, find a spot or many, and keep posting.

    Can't wait to see more from you (and your daughter!) soon!
