I don't know if anyone has tried the Michael Thermon 6 week body makeover before but I did about 5 years ago and lost about 27 pounds. I am now about 20 pounds heavier than I was then and I really need to do it again and stick with it. It is a good diet only it does take alot of work in the kitchen as you prepare all the foods you eat. You eat often and don't feel hungry I just find it a problem when I don't have the time to cook the food I need to eat. It is so much easier to pop something into the microwave or open a bar. This diet gives you no HFCS and low salt and low sugar. If there is anyone else out there that is doing this diet I would like to know some secrets.
