Welcome and good luck! First you need a diet and exercise plan. There are plenty to choose from. The best one for you is the one you will follow. It is OK to experiment a little until you find what suits you. For me I found calorie counting is the most reliable.

bargoo is right, you need a plan. personally, i count calories using thedailyplate.com and exercise at least 4 times a week, but do find what's best for you. maybe you want to scan the threads in diet central to see what others are doing. this site is great for support and questions--you've come to the right place
