Hello

I've joined this forum with my friend Thelma. We live miles away and thought that we could do with the additional support and a central place to meet and discuss our daily food plans.

I've put on a bit of weight over the last year due to eating when stressed (binge eating). I'm fed up and joining WW tomorrow.

I'd like to lose 1.5stone to take me back to where I am happy.

Looking forward to getting to know you all and joining the WW board!

Do check out our WW Boards. Also, since you only have 1.5 stone total to lose (about 21 lbs...) you might want to check out our Featherweights forum.

Thanks! I need a guided tour I think! I will check out the featherweights forum & WW ones.

Feels good to call myself a featherweight, as I sure don't feel it.

I may also look into a blog, but I think I need to nave a nosey around first.
