Hi there
I joined around this time last year and really didn't make enough effort - consequently I find myself half a stone heavier and now in a size 16 where once I was a 12

- I had my crunch moment yesterday, I just broke down in front of my DH and told him how fed up I was with the way I look and that I just want to be my old self, I am so determined to do it this time!
I am doing a low fat diet and started walking yesterday ( I normally don't exercise at all

) and did an hour and a half, my aim is to go walking every evening after dinner for an hour (weather permitting).
I am from West Yorkshire, England and would love to chat to anyone who can help me keep on track and hopefully I can help you all too!
