Smile Hey guys, newbie here!
Well seeing as the Chinese lucky number is ' 8 ' , what better day to start a lifestyle change than the 08/08/08!!!!!

I need to step of the binge / starve cycle of ' tomorrow is a frssh start ' false promises and get myself sorted and develop a sense of stability once and for all! So! Tomorrow I am embarking on Weight Watchers and would love to use this board as support.

I have a friend who is in a similar boat, and as we live quite far apart, this is going to be an added lifeline to support each other!

So, have any of you guys got some hot tips and helpful hints to be mindful of before I start tomorrow? All you fellow ' Weight Watchers ' - anything that you know now and wish you knew then?!?!?

TIA and looking forwards to getting to know some of you!

thanks for that - just took one look at the forum, saw the zillions of threads and was a tad confused at where to start to say the least!
