Hi there! Newbie intro!

  • Hello there everyone!
    My name Is Zel as you can see. And I was just browsing weight loss sites. I realized today i couldnt get into my jeans and it was so frustrating.
    I used to be a yo yo dieter.
    I was 90 KG---77KG---65KG---70KG-80KG and this just made it even worst i hit rock bototm with 90KG this year, back to my original weight.
    I am DEFINITELY more deterined this year to shed off the pounds and KEEP it off.

    i dont know how to approach it yet though. Exercise, DEFINITELY but after that what? I was thinking LA weight loss. But im not sure yet.

    Oh well! I'll start my journey here and hope to share it with everyone!

    You definitely need to get a plan going...if you're interested in learning more about LA Weight Loss, we have a great, active forum for that plan. You can also browse around other forums, checking out other plans...we've got all kinds of groups for all kinds of plans.

    You may also want to look at one of our support groups by age range, or the 100 lb club (a group of those who have lost or are on the way to losing 100 lbs or so...).

    Whatever you decide to do, look around, find a spot, and settle in.

    I am new too and I am yet to really find a plan to suit me. The goal pages are a total insipration and everyone is very friendly.
