Hi, everyone! My name is Mary and I have finally decided to be serious about losing weight. I'm 23(almost 24) and recently got married. I tried dieting all last year so I could look great for my wedding. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay on any type of plan. Thank you! I'm not really sure exactly what I should lose but I'm going to start at 10 pounds and see how that goes. I'm 195 right now and I'm 5'7. I know I have a ways to go, but if I can just lose a little, it might get easier?
Hi Mary! I'm a teacher, too, and am enjoying these last few days of summer. One of the things that helps me get through the school year is having a small fridge in my room and keeping it stocked with veggies, water, and healthy snacks.
Now. If I could just get an expresso machine in there somehow. ;-)
