Hello, I am sure I am not the only one that has returned to this site! It has been over 2 years since I have been here last. I never lost all my weight nor did I lose much the first time. I hope to succeed this time though! I am thinking about doing meal replacement shakes twice a day. Not sure which meal replacement shake I am going to use yet, so does anyone have any suggestions (Something I can find at stores or GNC)?? My husband and I are dieting together. He didn't diet with me the first time, so he made it hard to diet two years ago when I was here last! So I am hoping I have more luck with him dieting with me. We also joined a gym so we will be working out 3-5 times a week!
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this! I am looking to meet friends as well as anyone else that is just starting out like me.
Also again, if anyone knows any good (healthy) meal replacement shakes, I am up for suggestions!
My favorite smoothie lately is homemade. Blend until smooth - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla or chocolate), 1 c crushed ice, 1/2 a frozen banana, a splash of lowfat milk or fat free 1/2 & 1/2 and splenda to taste. Like 150 calories.
I find the almond milk in the same section of the grocery store as the soymilk.
