Hi! My name is Liz. I am 28 years old. Today is my first day in phase 1 of SBD. I am hoping to start losing weight. I have been going to the gym since January of this year but I haven't lose a single pound even though I have lost several inches. I hope by combining SBD w/ the gym I will start to lose weight. Hi Liz! You sound like me! I have been going to the gym since March and I have lost several inches off my arms, legs, bust, waist and hips... but I didn't lose a single pound! I started WW in July and switched to SB today. Today is my 1st day on Phase 1. I got up, put in a great workout at the gym and came home to my SB breakfast.
