Hi, new here, but not new to dieting. Just found this forum and it looks interesting so why not register, right? I started my battle at 240 and got down to 176, now I'm back up at 193 and want to get back down, first goal, 176, and then eventually down to the 130's. I feel this is a completely attainable goal. I calorie count now, I started out in Sept 06 on herbalife...boy did that screw up my life. Then I switched to calorie counting and have not had too many problems. My first goal, 176, I want to attain by sept 15th. Second goal, 165 by the end of october. I have reason for wanting rapid weight loss right now and that is that my boyfriend has been restationed 4000 miles away from me and I'll be going to see him in the end of october and want to look my best and surprise him.
