Hiya all!
Hello all, I'm Gina and just recently started my weight loss journey. So far so good, I've lost a total of 7lbs in the 1st 10 days and doing pretty good with the exception of eating really late at nite a time or 2. A little about myself, I'm a 25 year old full time housewife and mommy. I have been married to a great guy(even though he's skinny as a rail) for 7 years, we have 3 beautiful kids, Little Luke and Gracie r 6 year old twins about to start 1st grade and Grady who is 23 months old and entering the world of potty training. My goal weight is to b 130lbs, never been that low, or at least close to it. I'm 5'2"(yeah I know a shortie) and currently weigh 173. My lifestyle hasn't changed too much, I still eat the same foods just smaller amounts and exercise daily with workout dvds. I've tried the "lose weight fast diets" only to gain back to weight, so this time I plan to lose weight and inches with consistent eating and exercising. My kids r my main motivation, I want to be healthier so I might live longer and one day have a lot of grandbabies lol. I stay focused most of the time but get nervous around weigh and measure day (Wednesdays) and I'm human so I might slip up every now and then, thats when I need a swift kick in the rump lol.
