Google is an amazing tool!! A little over a week ago, my husband and I joined a gym.. I have been overweight for about 15 years with the worse weight being current. I have tried several programs, but never gave it my all.

I figured, if I didn't try I couldn't fail. and the thought of failing is paralizing to me.

I am determined to make a life change this time around, and give it my all!!

I am excited to have found this site, it is nice to have people who are dealing with simular issues.
