So glad that this site is still around! Husband and good friend are joining me on this go-round! I've got about 60 lbs I'd like to drop (initially) and I've dropped 5.5 lbs in 4 days just by eating healthier and exercising more; something I've needed to do desperately for years. Husband is taking a more aggressive stance and eating only one main meal per day and snacking on fruits and drinking diet sodas, juices, and water. (He's prior USAF and this worked for him when he had to weigh in!) Friend is doing WW and is doing well also. Will send this link to her as well as we can all use the information and motivation!
