I've been lurking around here off and on for a couple years now, and I finally decided to join now that the scale has creeped higher than I swore it ever would again!
Motivation is my #1 problem so I'm hoping to meet some great gals here to inspire eachother, and gather some tips along the way.

LOL Motivation is MY biggest problem as well... I always tell my friends I'm running a marathon in my mind but my a@@ is becoming one with my chair LOL
I started finding alternative workouts- fun ones... Boxing- Ookpik got me hooked on the Couch to 5k thing- LOL So I've started that- I find im still having to push myself on those days where my hormones are out of control or when I get a general fit of lazy LOL Biggest lesson I've learned is to stop beating myself up when I feel the need to slip- Just regroup- and figure out why then move on
