Hi I am hitting the dusty trail on the Journey to Weightloss. So glad to have came here to a place with so much support and wonderful resources. I am looking forward to making friends and supporting my fellow team mates here I do Tae bo and but my real issue is my eating habits they are poor and I am a sweet a holic. I am looking to change that or at least find suitable substitution without giving up taste. Take care everyone and best wishes
I'm brand new here as well. I hear ya on the "sweet a holic" sentiment. I always crave sweets as midnight snacks....not a good thing! But, anyway, hope the site helps ya out! Good luck! :-)
Welcome.....I love sweets too!!! No matter how much I try to stay away they always seem to find their way to my mouth!!! You will find so much support on this site. I joined just a few days ago. I love it!!! I'm telling all my friends about it. Good luck with your journey!
