Welcome! From what I understand the more weight you lose the more challenging it is to take the pounds off. I hope to know what that's like firsthand soon!

hey! i understand where you're coming from. i'm at 155 (my heaviest weight ever) and only have 20-30 pounds total to lose. i know you might feel out of place. but i'm here to support you!! and the smaller you are, the slower you lose, so it's really hard. good luck!
