Default New And Havent Got A Clue

Hey everyone, I'm new and dont have a clue! I have no idea how to do anything or what anything means... SO if someone can help me out that would be great... Watch, Im going to post this, then read someone elses and figure it out... Oh well... I need new friends anyhow!

hi, new folks! You are both obviously doing something right : ) since your msgs got posted. The interface here is pretty easy, and others on the forums are VERY helpful.

What kinds of eating and exercise plans do you folks have? There are forums for different diets, different age groups, etc -- feel free to jump in and post anywhere you feel at home, I've found that everyone is very nice. (You might want to check the "stickies" at the top of each forum to see if there's one that answers a specific question, just to save time.)

take care of yourselves, and congratulations on making the decision to get healthier!

basicly Im kinda trying to do it on my own... Ive been counting cals, working out 6 days a week... I have an issue with my body holding ALL my fluids in... Anyone else have that problem? Ive heard about the Cabbage sout diet, just to get a kick start... Anyone do this yet? Thanks again!

I do South Beach. Phase I is good for getting rid of bloating, water retention & cravings. There are so many great forums here. I'm sure you'll find one you like.

Soooooo just stick around and post all over the place wherever something catches your eye and the waiting period will just fly right on by.

ok one more question well maybe two... I tired loading my own picture up and it wouldnt let me... Is that another thing I have to wait to do? Also, can I look at my own profile? If so, how do I do that?
