Goal Weight: 150
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Too lazy to EXERCISE!
Following any specific plan: Keeping track of all that goes in, 30 mins. of exercise per day, 1700-2000 max. per day to start.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Support of this group, abject fear of reaching 300 lbs., being so tired of feeling bad, not being as active with my kids as I want to be.
Anything else you would like to share with us: If I can just remember that all I need to do is 30 mins. each day and get it over with, I'll be able to feel happy all day that I did it!
(I'm happy to say that I did my 30 minutes today!)
