Hello, I am a newbie to 3FC. I plan to lose about 70 pounds, hopefully slowly but surely. I have been a yo-yo dieter. My strategy is to use Beck plan to help change my thinking. I use fitday to record food and allow myself a lot of flexibility with an average of 1200 being target but 1000-1400 calories being OK.
