Stuck going up the hill XP
Hihi! New person here!
I've just started this whole weight loss back in April, and seemingly, it's been going pretty well. Adding up between April and of now, I've lost around 20lbs! And since then, I've gotten more physically active (walking the dog appears more like a habit now than usual, 'specially in the mornings) :3 .
But that was just from eating healthily and with moderation, now comes the big thing of getting into shape. My body is challenging me to do more to lose more, so far it's teasing me and only losing 1lb and then gaining it back the next day. So I'm finding new ways to get on my goal and staying on it! XD
