Hey! I'm a nursing student..21 and 219lbs..broke up with my fiancé a year ago and ate the pain away. I look at myself in the mirror the other day and realized I don't recognize that person. I eat well during the day but as soon as I get home I eat everything so late a night. Now I can't sleep without being stuffed. I thought once I got over everything I could break this addiction of food easily but i can't! I just don't know what to do.....now im pre-diabetic and my asthma has gotten 100xs worse. I now have a job were i sit all day with a patient and all i have to do to keep me not bored is eat...i have tried everything to stop eating, i just joined the gym yesterday now this...Im so happy i found a place with great support! Thanks!
It's lookin' like you need to do some house cleaning. Especially, the kitchen. If it's not good for weight loss ... get rid of it! If you're going to eat when you get home, make sure it's beneficial to your weight loss goals.
