Default In it for the long haul!!!

Ok, So Once again im trying to lose.

It REALLY hit me when i went to a local theme park and could not fit into this one ride. We just went to disney world, and i rode EVERYTHING there, and i even rode all the roller coasters and just about everything at this local theme park, but i guess this ride was different.

Well im 272, right now, and would like to get down to 180, or just under 200.

ANY support would be grateful. THANKS!!!!

I bet that really sucks! I can only imagine what that feels like.

Well, the good thing is you've made a decision to do something about it.

hi Amanda, and welcome. We are about the same height; for me one big shock was going canoeing and the woman handed me the largest life-preserver they make (of course clearly labelled in big print....)

You have made the right decision to be healthier! What kind of food/exercise plan do you want to follow? There's info and support for just about everything here --- everything HEALTHY, I should say, no support for starving yourself : )

Default I can relate...

Yeah...I weighed 277 1 week ago when I started the sugar busters diet. Since then Ive lost 5 lbs. I know what it feels like to not fit in the seat on a ride. the last 8 years Ive just been putting on extra wt every yr. My biggest fear is that I wouldnt be able to fit in the airplane seat when my husband & I go on vacation. We go every March, the seats are tight but so far havent had to move to first class were seats are bigger. Im determined to lose this extra baggage!! And I know we can do it!! Hang in there! We will feel so much better just to reach that under 200 lb mark again!!
