Hey everyone, I just wanted to say hello. I am new on here and looking forward to getting to know everyone and having support. I am 28 years old and I have struggled with weight my entire life! There have been times when I have been just a little overweight and there have been times when I have been really overweight. I reached my highest weight about a month ago. I went on the South Beach diet a couple of years ago and when I went off the diet...the weight came on...a lot of it. About a month ago I decided to get my butt back in the gym and I am eating really healthy. I am not really doing a specific diet...but just eating whole foods...fruits, veggies, protein, whole grains..etc. I also started a running program and I am actually enjoying running...I can't believe it!!! In the past month I have lost about 33 pounds. In the process I have found several websites to help me with recipes and info...hungry-girl and this one...I checked out some of the forums on here and decided to join. Everyone on here seems very nice and I could use the support
