Michelle- I've learned to avoid scales because they stress or depress me... I measure once a week- I actually measure just about everything... my list goes as follows lol
Wrist:
Forearm:
Upperarm:
Chest:
Waist:
Hips:
Thigh:
Calf:
and my first time I measured I did both the left and right sides of my body- took the largest measurement of both and made note of it so that i'd measure only the one that came out the largest

Is just an easier way for me to watch my progress.
